Olive green powder with metallic sheen,density:5.21g/cm3,melting point:2266°C,boiling point:4000°C,insoluble in Water or acid,Soluble in metallic alkaline bromate solution,Extremely stable against light,air,high temperature & corrosive gases(SO2,H2S) High covering power,magnetic properties.
Application: Primarily in smelting metallic chromium,chromium carbide, used in the colorant of pottery, leatheroid and constructional materials, catalyzer of organic synthesis, sunfast coating, abrasive materials, green polishing composition and paintings for printing bank paper.
